Included with PROJECT in a box is a the P2ABC Methodologies Pack, it contains pre-built methodologies based on PRINCE2™ for confidence but reduced in complexity for implementation.

At an entry level there is the “AccessP2” Template to use for low risk projects – this will also develop the experience of your Project Managers. Then there is the “BasicP2” Template for medium risk projects, this will further introduce your Project Managers to the PRINCE2™ concepts.
