Project Health Check
We will work with project owner/sponsor to identify the project's aims and products. An evaluation will then take place of the current situation and progress of the project against these aims and expected products. The scope, content and cost of your Project Health Check will be agreed with you in advance. It may include -

  • Assessment against Business Objectives,
  • Compliance against standards (eGIF, etc),
  • Progress against plan,
  • Product review and definition,
  • Executive summary and conclusions,
  • Recommedations for success,
  • and more!
Investigate and produce a Project Health Check Report.
This report will give an insight into the organisation's ability to proceed with the project, as defined, i.e. a 'likeliness of success'.

Produce a Project Rescue Report.
Where required, this report will identify specific actions needed to rescue the project or it will identify clearly why the project should be closed.
